If a Printer Essentials product has been found to damage the machine that it is intended for, Printer Essentials will pay for reasonable and customary charges to repair or replace the machine at our discretion.  Please notify our RMA department at 800-965-1180, ext. 1065 or 1034.  They will instruct you that a letter or invoice from an authorized repair technician stating that the Printer Essentials supplied product is the sole cause of the machine damage must accompany all warranty claim, and the our RMA department will also provide a call tag to return the product that caused the damage.  The invoice and the product must be shipped back to our RMA department in Reno, NV

The use of compatible supplies cannot void your warranty. The manufacturer of the printer you are using cannot void the warranty on your printer because you use a cartridge manufactured by someone other than the printer manufacturer.
