PRINTER ESSENTIALS RMA PROCEDURE

It’s easy to get an RMA from Printer Essentials when you need one.  Just remember these simple steps:

1) List all the items you’re returning on the RMA form.  If you want to add an item, just call our 800 number and select option 3.  All items returned MUST be listed on the RMA form for you to receive credit.  (Call or write us anytime if you need a blank RMA form.)

2) Make sure to send in your RMA within 30 days or it will expire. Please note that Call Tags for returning defective items expire 48 hours (2 business days) after being issued.

3) If you are returning a product to PE, you must have an RMA Call Tag.  If you sign for a package and then return it to PE or have FedEx return it to PE without a Call Tag, we will not be able to track the return and give you credit.

4)   Call Tags and RMAs are guaranteed to be sent to you within 48 hours of your request. 

5)  We receive many products that are not Printer Essential’s product. To ensure you receive all credit due, please verify that toner cartridges have a 4 digit vendor code that starts with a 5 or a 6.  Four digit vendor labels are generally silver with “Premium Imaging” in red.  Please call our RMA department at 800-965-1180 ext 1034 or 1065 if you have any questions in identifying product
